Establishing Mental Health First Aid Training

Establishing Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a proactive step toward supporting the mental well-being of employees and creating a supportive workplace culture. Here’s a structured approach to establishing MHFA training within your organization:

1. Assessing Needs and Commitment
